General Terms & Conditions —Testing Phase (Non‑HIPAA Compliant)

1. Testing Environment Disclaimer: The application is currently operating in a testing and evaluation environment. All features, functions, data flows, and security controls are subject to change, may contain defects, and may not perform as intended. Users acknowledge that the application is provided “as‑is” during this phase.

2. No HIPAA Compliance During Testing:  The application is not HIPAA compliant in its testing state. It does not yet meet the administrative, physical, or technical safeguards required under the HIPAA Security Rule or Privacy Rule. Users must not upload, store, transmit, or process Protected Health Information (PHI)within the application during testing.

Limitation of Responsibility The developers, owners, and operators of this application do not accept responsibility or liability for any issues, damages, data exposure, or losses arising from use of the application during the testing phase. This includes, but is not limited to: Data corruption or loss, Unauthorized access, System errors or outages, Miscommunication or misinterpretation of test features, Any breach or security incident involving data entered by users.

‍4. User Responsibilities: Users agree to: Avoid enering PHI or other regulated data; Use the application only for testing, evaluation, and feedback; Report bugs, defects, or unexpected behavior; Understand that all content may be deleted, modified, or reset without notice

5. No Warranty: The application is provided without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of performance, security, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All functionality is experimental.

‍6. Future Compliance: HIPAA compliance will be implemented only after the application exits the testing phase and undergoes formal security, privacy, and compliance validation. No guarantees are made regarding timelines or final compliance status.

7. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the application during the testing phase, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
